Enviromarc Services Ltd. is a highly-focused environmental consultant company that works throughout Alberta and British Columbia, balancing environmental sensitivity with economic concern to provide timely and effective solutions to environmental problems. We consult, advise and work with companies to provide solutions and plans to fulfil projects that are consistent with corporate and environmental ethics as well as promoting the health and safety of all employees and stakeholders. Here at Enviromarc, we care about the environment, and we care about helping you make the best economical and eco-friendly choices, whenever and wherever your work may lead you.
Enviromarc has been building relationships within Alberta and B.C. and is proud to have served a variety of clients, including various government departments, municipalities, national corporations, oil and gas companies and all sizes and scopes of private businesses. Headquartered in Grande Prairie, Alberta, Enviromarc has invested years of experience creating trustworthy professional relationships with numerous local suppliers. We have a multi-disciplinary approach to environmental project work. We draw from local specialised disciplines to redefine problems outside normal boundaries to reach effective solutions.
We are proud to be a team of registered professionals with advanced degrees in their respective fields of study who are passionate and dedicated about what they do. Our employees are regularly active and involved with their professional associations and boards from local to provincial levels as well as being involved in their local communities through mentorships and community action. Enviromarc is also committed to the health and safety of their employees and is an accredited Health and Safety program (SECOR) and has been a member of the Partnerships in Injury Reduction program since 2011.

Jo has worked within the environmental industry within Canada for over 15 years. Her work has included the completion of contaminated land projects at all levels and she has extensive practical field experience including soil sample collection and analyses, soil gas survey, surface water and groundwater sampling with geoenvironmental and hydrogeological interpretation. Jo also has detailed working knowledge of quantitative risk assessment methodologies, including practical applications of risk assessment tools, with specific training and experience in the use of risk assessment modeling. Jo has been responsible for authoring and editing many technical reports for reclamation and remediation projects; other project work has included preparation and implementation of flare pit remediation programs, land treatment area decommissioning and spill site response and assessment. Jo is passionate about the environment and she loves her job and the work she is able to do to invest in a better future.
